A 19 year old Texas Man named Daniel Thompson was shot and killed Tuesday Afternoon outside of Whataburger in the parking lot during a fist fight after being called to the restaurant by his brother to confront some guy over a girl. Upon arrival, the victim then got into an argument with the suspect before the suspect put his daughter inside the car and started firing, shooting the victim multiple times.
The man being charged is 27 year old Darius Sims who was also shot during the incident. He was arrested after driving himself to the hospital. The Family of Sims has stated that his daughter my have been punched by Thomas (by mistake) during the scuffle which led to Sims reaction.
